3. Projects
3.1 Cybershare Conference (cybershareconference.com)
A free-to-attend event launched in 2017, dedicated to promoting best practices in Cybersecurity.
To date, 8 editions have been organized with featured speakers from prominent public and private organizations, including:
• The European Commission, ENISA, Microsoft Romania, Google Romania, Cyberint, DNSC RO, Berkely University, Nuclearelectrica, Modex, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration Iași, Cisco Meraki UK, Palo Alto Romania, Aviva UK, and others.
3.2 Cybershare Academy for Schools (facebook.com/CybershareAcademy)
This project encourages school students to learn Cybersecurity through gamification, helping them defend themselves against cyber threats. Schools from Croatia, Romania, Slovenia participated in this event.
The First Edition started in n October 2020.
The format of the event includes cybersecurity workshops led by domestic and international specialists, concluding with a Capture the Flag (CTF) competition.
Partners: West University of Timișoara, Microsoft Romania, Google Romania, Cyberint, DNSC RO, etc.
3.3 Women in Cyber
We organize events featuring women professionals in cybersecurity who share their career journeys. The goal is to inspire more women to enter the field, promoting equal opportunities and helping bridge the talent gap between market demand and the supply of specialists.
4. Results
• 400+ students participated in Cybershare Academy for Schools.
• 1000+ participants attended the Cybershare Conference.
